ARISE is a product of bhive Technologies, a company registered in Tamil Nadu, India. We operate the ARISE mobile application available on iOS and Android, and our backend services hosted at api.arise.in.

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — never in plain text).
Profile Data: Your role, life vision, top priorities, city, and ritual time preferences.
Loop Data: Daily belief check-in scores, I AM statements, morning protocol completions, SATS sessions, pattern breaks, journal entries, wealth intentions, and income entries.
Usage Data: App screen activity, content plays (meditations, breathwork, asana), and feature usage patterns for improving the product.
Device Data: FCM push notification token, device type (Android/iOS), and app version.
Payment Data: Subscription plan, Razorpay order and payment IDs. We do not store card numbers or UPI details — these are handled exclusively by Razorpay.
All user data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore with role-based security rules. Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Our backend servers run on Hostinger KVM infrastructure in India.
We use JWT-based authentication with automatic token expiry. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12).
We do not store raw payment information. Razorpay handles all payment data under their PCI-DSS compliance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:
ARISE is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
We send push notifications for ritual reminders, streak alerts, loop insights, and community activity. You can manage notification preferences in Settings → Notifications at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ARISE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
