Refund Policy

We want you to love ARISE. If something isn't working, contact us first — we'll do our best to resolve it before processing a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@arise.in with:

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective platform's refund policy applies. Contact Apple or Google directly for refunds on those purchases.

4. Corporate Plans

Refund terms for Corporate plans (₹2L+/year) are governed by the individual contract agreed upon at purchase. Contact us at hello@arise.in for corporate billing queries.
